Returns
All sales are final. We do not take returns on wood products. If return is approved by Rustic Lumber Store we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Wood products are sold as is. Wood is a natural product; it will have natural defects. Custom built projects come with a 90-day warranty.
Exchanges
Defective products can be exchanged for replacement product. Defects will be determined by Rustic Lumber Store. Custom built projects will be returned and repaired accordingly. Customer is responsible for transportation return of the product.
Shipping Estimate Errors
The nature of most of our products being large and requiring ltl shipping, automated ups ground quotes are typically not applicable to most products we have. We do our best to have accurate shipping cost on all of our products on our website to cover ltl shipping on large items. How ever sometimes we miss on aligning our products into the correct shipping category. If our website quoted you incorrect shipping cost at check out, we will contact you with correct shipping cost. You have a choice to either pay the difference or we can refund the item back to you. If the shipping cost seems to good to be true, it probably is incorrect.
I used some cedar boards, 1 x 12's, to wrap an old cracked, warped 6 x 6 on my porch. I had the store miter the edges at 45 degrees so the final wrap would look like a solid post. Excellent product and workmanship. Every board was true to size, dried and easy to work with.
Made several cutting boards out of Jatoba and tigerwood as well as other woods. Boy was the tigerwood hard. Glad you guys suggested I should purchase it. My customers loved them. I'll be back for some more tigerwood

Incredibly easy to use and looks fantastic! I’m building a farmhouse table and put two coats on. I got the 5” white disc from Amazon to go on my sander to buff it in. A little bit goes a long ways! Dont judge my garage in the picture

Our table was recently delivered and it is absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for! I was wanting a table in the 12-14 foot range, and the team was great in showing me the different kinds of woods, presenting a lot of different ideas and answering the many questions I had until I was ready to commit. I also wanted a table that would stand everyday use, as I do not use tableclothes, placemats, etc., and so far, so good! And....the table was completed and delivered in a very reasonable amount of time. The table is certainly the focal point in my kitchen area and everyone comments on how beautiful it is. Have used on caro walnut, american sycamore, cherry, birdseye maple, ash, white oak and african mahogany. The hydrophobic protection is great, it does add a subtle and silky sheen to most wood species but really added something special to walnut and maple. The depth of color, clarity and sheen really stood out on those woods compared to others. Will definitely keep using on furniture, it’s such a great system alongside hard wax oil finishes. Very happy
