Returns 

All sales are final. We do not take returns on wood products. If return is approved by Rustic Lumber Store we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. If something is catastrophically damaged from the shipping company we will work with you to get it addressed. 

Damages and issues
Wood products are sold as is. Wood is a natural product; it will have natural defects. It will have loose knots, it will have variation in colors, it will have cracks (Even if the slabs have been filled with epoxy prior) or will need additional work before finishing. This is raw wood and additional work will be required before finishing. Unless the slab is catastrophically damaged beyond use from shipping company, we do not give refunds or discounts for imperfections in the raw lumber or slabs. 

If product is damaged from shipping, do not remove the packaging. Immediately take pictures of the destroyed packaging with the product in it. This is be critical to have to make a claim with the carrier. 

Custom built projects we build in our shop come with a 1 year warranty. 

Exchanges
We will exchanged for replacement product if deemed destroyed and unusable. Defects will be determined by Rustic Lumber Store. Custom built projects will be returned and repaired accordingly. Customer is responsible for transportation return of the product.

Shipping Estimate Errors

The nature of most of our products being large and requiring ltl shipping, automated ups ground quotes are typically not applicable to most products we have. We do our best to have accurate shipping cost on all of our products on our website to cover ltl shipping on large items. How ever sometimes we miss on aligning our products into the correct shipping category. If our website quoted you incorrect shipping cost at check out, we will contact you with correct shipping cost. You have a choice to either pay the difference or we can refund the item back to you. If the shipping cost seems to good to be true, it probably is incorrect.

Shipping Timing and Schedule

We typically ship finishes withing 24-48 hours. Cold seasons will increase transit time as we try to anticipate not having the package freeze. Lumber and slabs typically ship in 5-10 business days. depending on how backed up we are.
