Thank you for your purchase. Please read below about some details about our fulfillment process.

After placing your order, you will receive automated fulfillment and tracking information emailed to you. Small parcel orders will be fulfilled via UPS or USPS 1-3 business days after order. On large orders like our furniture or wood slabs, we will follow up on your order and get additional shipping information and confirmation of your order and products bought. 

Returns 

All sales are final. We do not take returns on wood and finishing products. If return was approved by Rustic Lumber Store, we will charge a 15%-25% restocking fee depending on the product. 

Damages and issues
Wood products are sold as is. Wood is a natural product; it will have natural defects. We do our best to prepare the wood usable and show as much detailed photos as we can. You can receive additional photos after you place your order to confirm product quality. Custom built projects and furniture come with a 90-day warranty. 

Shipping damages

Shipping can be rough on products. Small parcels we use padding and sturdy boxes for protection. If you order raw slabs, lumber or beams, anticipated bumps and minor could happen from shipping. We package everything as best as possible in solid wood framing. Finished products like furniture or mantels we go through extra steps to build extra secure crates and package padding to protect your order to arrive with no damage.

After receiving your order, please check it over asap. Many ltl carriers require immediate inspection with the driver to confirm damage. If you have any damaged products from shipping either parcel services or ltl carriers, contact us right away and let the delivery know for note. 

Exchanges
Defective products can be exchanged for replacement product. Defects will be determined by Rustic Lumber Store. Custom built projects will be returned and repaired accordingly. Customer is responsible for transportation return of the product.

Shipping Estimate Errors

The nature of most of our products being large and requiring ltl shipping, automated ups ground quotes are typically not applicable to most products we have. We do our best to have accurate shipping cost on all of our products on our website to cover ltl shipping on large items. How ever sometimes we miss on aligning our products into the correct shipping category. If our website quoted you incorrect shipping cost at check out, we will contact you with correct shipping cost. You have a choice to either pay the difference or we can refund the item back to you. If the shipping cost seems to good to be true, it probably is incorrect.
