I am very happy woth the rustic lumber oil. This is probably my 10th can. I use it on everything!
Its easy to use, lasts a long time and great for everything from tables ,shelves..etc

I've used other hardwax oils before and this is by far the best value for your dollar. The biggest competitor's product also doesn't do well when being opened/closed multiple times and gets all gunked up after a few weeks. This product doesn't, which allows me to use all of it without wasting the last 10-15%. To me, this performs the same as the one that costs 3x this one.

Side note - I'd love a higher sheen version if you're thinking about developing one!

Incredibly easy to use and looks fantastic! I’m building a farmhouse table and put two coats on. I got the 5” white disc from Amazon to go on my sander to buff it in. A little bit goes a long ways! Dont judge my garage in the picture

After 50 years it was time to refinish our hardwood floors. Whoever was on the other end of their chat service could not have been more helpful. I'd spent weeks sanding down a room and really didn't want to mess it up. CS Rep advised on their products and other vendor's products to make sure I was ready. What impressed me most was how the rep didn't try to upsell, but helped me make the most of what I was buying. I think the floor came out great (photos below). I did put down 2 coats, but as they are super easy to apply it wasn't a big deal, even when the dog trotted across the floor mid-application (try that with poly.) The only word of caution would be to note how quickly the microfiber cloths I used (not a rustic lumber product) succumbed to the spontaneous combustion that is inherent with linseed oil. Put a used rag down for 10-15 minutes while the oil sank in, only to pick it up smoking (yikes!).

Better value than Rubio overall. Having used both, Rubio is more or a one coat and doen product. This product seems to require a scond coat in most cases, but seems to provide a thicker barrier overall. The clear 2C oil brings out the richness in oak, maple, and walnut projects I've built for myself and clients. I don't think you can go wrong giving this a try!

Highly recommend this product. The quality and durability is amazing. We have experienced many finishes on the market and this is so far becoming one of our top favorites. It will make anything you finish look professionally done. We hope to begin offering this to our customers at our retail store in Arlington Texas!

It was great. Way easier application than I expected. Take very little to cover a large area. The price is great!

After using Rubio on a few products and always using two coats for sheen I came across this product and was blown away for the price! Almost a third of the price! I have used it on a few products now and I will say it's great. I still prefer the sheen and protection of two coats and I don't feel guilty anymore.. see the vice grip made from poplar! I have since bought the color chalk white which seems to provide a "non ambering natural tint" on the red oak samples I had

I have been intrigued for some time about a different 2C product but just couldn't bring myself to pay the price. So glad I found your product. It hardens very well and the finish is fantastic. A little goes a LONG, long way.

I have used this on some walnut and I am very impressed. It applies just as easily as another single coat product that starts with R and ends with monocoat. The product hardens really well over night. I am super happy with the performance. It is all also way less expensive than R monocoat. I urge you to try it. I doubt you will go back to paying more than twice as much for a very similar product.

I like that I can sand higher than other monocoat formulas, that it’s easier to remove the excess, and that it’s competitively priced.

Tried Rubio your product is so much easier and provides a great finish.!

I received a couple of samples (clear and black) and was impressed, even without the hardener. Looking forward to ordering more when the time comes.

The clear oil works very well and is durable. It's one coat finish is a bit less shiny than the Rubio product but on a very good note is it dries much faster. Also it doesn't have that ridiculous fruity smell. A second coat bring the shine to the same level as two coats from the other product.

Great product at a reasonable price. Won’t be using the “R” product anymore!

I've used the clear finish on 3 different projects. I followed the instructions to a T and always was disappointed with the outcome. Regardless of how smooth the surface was prior to applying finish, how clean I got it, or how well I applied it I always ended up with a rough final product.

On the last project I thought I was going to need more and purchased an additional can. I had enough and contacted support to return my order which was still in the package. I made it clear I was okay paying the 15% restock fee; however I was never sent a return label.

Based on the performance of the finish and the customer service I will always spring for the other, more superior brands and will never purchase any other products from here.

Just used your hard wax oil yesterday. It went on easily and leaves a beautiful, natural look that feels great! Every bit as good as the stuff in the green can, just less expensive. One request: please package in bottles so it pours easily and you can use every drop!

I’ve used the clear on several pieces of furniture and a couple of the colors including English on my floors. It’s an amazing product that does a great job of protecting while making the piece look amazing.

If you understand hard wax oils, their limitations, and run a sample piece first, you’ll love it. The only downside is I wish there was a sheen product. I know the ceramic coating product can help, but that isn’t always a good solution depending on the piece. I know Rubio came out with a sheen adding product, so there’s an idea for your next competitor product!
