Our Timber King 2000 sawmill is our tried and true sawmill we use for the majority of our cutting. This mill is fully hydraulic and cut logs up to 36" diameter 32' long. This will cut most logs and is higher production milling.
- This is our small mill we mill slab up to 30" wide. Fast and accurate cutting
- Computer controlled depth adjustment make accurate repeatable cuts.
- Our saw bed can cut logs up to 32' long.
- We charge $150 per hour. Large slabs requiring second man will be $150 per hour. Time to unload logs and load up finished material is counted towards time. $30 per blade if we hit metal. $150 minimum charge.
- Our lead times are 4-8 weeks for processing.
- We can mill logs up to 36" diameter, 32' long and cut slabs up to 30" across. Logs need to be minimum of 6' long and 12" diameter.
- We will not cut treated utility poles. The carcinogens and chance of hitting metal is to high.
- Your wood will be stacked 48" wide and up to 36" tall and with out spacers. If you opt for kiln drying we will stack with with spacer appropriately.
Our wide cut sawmill can cut logs up to 72" wide and 16' long. This mill is specifically used for large slab milling
We charge $250 per hour. Time to unload logs and load up finished material is counted towards time. $150 per blade if we hit metal. $250 minimum charge.

- We can store and air dry the slabs in our log yard up to 6 months prior to kiln drying.
