This was a great experience. I had a bunch of questions, so I called their main number and got to speak with Zach. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he took the time to set up a video link, and walked me through every question/concern I had. I have never had that kind of customer support before. The slab arrived quickly, and was perfectly crated. The quality of the slab was amazing, and the price just can’t be beat. I could not be happier with Rustic Lumber Store.
